We val­ue hon­est part­ner­ship, trans­paren­cy and com­mu­ni­ca­tion. We process mul­ti­lay­er PCBs on our sys­tems and assem­ble on both sides. Our range of ser­vices in the area of man­u­fac­tur­ing extends from con­sult­ing, pro­cure­ment, obso­les­cence man­age­ment, sus­tain­abil­i­ty man­age­ment (IMDS, RoHS), lay­out design, PCB assem­bly, lay­out opti­miza­tion in man­u­fac­tur­ing, test­ing, trou­bleshoot­ing and repair man­age­ment, device con­struc­tion to qual­i­ty test­ing. In PCB assem­bly and device man­u­fac­tur­ing, our focus is on man­u­fac­tur­ing com­plex elec­tron­ic prod­ucts in small and medi­um batch sizes (high-mix low-vol­ume man­u­fac­tur­ing). This includes a sin­gle pro­to­type or pilot series for large-scale production. 

Close col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Embed­ded Appli­ca­tions and Soft­ware depart­ments allows com­plex issues to be resolved quick­ly and in a well-found­ed manner.

Our pro­duc­tion is dom­i­nat­ed by prod­ucts relat­ed to the auto­mo­tive indus­try. For the most part, these include wired con­trol units (gate­ways, elec­tron­ic con­trol units (ECUs)), which are com­mu­ni­cate via
